Anna Volkmer is a highly specialised speech and language therapist. She has worked with people with acquired neurological conditions including dementia for over 14 years. Anna lectures at University College London and has written a number of books for speech and language therapists including “Assessment and Therapy for Language and Cognitive Communication Difficulties in Dementia and Other Progressive Diseases”. Anna is currently working as an NIHR (National Institute for Health Research) Doctoral Research Fellow completing her PhD at UCL.
