Former nurse uses photography to help dementia patients

A former nurse who turned to photography after an illness left her housebound is now helping others to overcome their struggles.

Kathryn Jago used to work with dementia patients as a nurse at Derriford Hospital, but her career was cut short when she became drastically ill.

Because of debilitating physical problems, she was left unable to carry out everyday tasks – and that was when she discovered taking pictures.
