Medium, rare or well done - could this decision be linked to dementia?

How do you like your steak cooked? We all have our personal preference but new research suggests that overcooking food (not just steak) might be linked to dementia.

This interesting result, recently published in the Journal PNAS, suggests food rich in a compound known as glycotoxins, may increase the risk of dementia.
